
President: Gary Reynolds
Gary has been a part of Reynolds' since he was a young boy, helping his father, Leland. Gary is the fifth generation of Reynolds to own and operate the business, established in 1859. Gary attended Peddie School and graduated Babson College with a business degree. After graduating he worked for the Ford Motor Company in Michigan for a few years, before coming back to the family business. He is an ASE certified master technician, and worked in the service department for years. As the business grew, he also sold cars and anything else that needed to be done. His involvement in the community is endless, Chairman Board of Finance for Lyme, Past Fire Chief for the Lyme Volunteer Fire Company, Director for Essex Savings Bank, Director for NADA, Member of the Connecticut Auto Retailers Association, and very
active in the Lyme and Old Lyme Community. Gary is married to Marilynn Reynolds
and has three children Tom, Hayden and Kathryn (all of whom are involved in the
family business.)

Vice President: G. Hayden Reynolds
Hayden Reynolds graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1995 with a bachelor of science in business administration. He began his career at the family dealership in auto sales in 1995. After many years in sales, Hayden was promoted to Subaru Sales Manager and currently manages both auto and marine Sales. The sales philosophy has always stayed the same - treat people the way you would want to be treated. His honest and fair approach has kept a large following of repeat customers coming back to Reynolds. Word of mouth is truly our best form of advertising! Active in the community too, Hayden serves on the board of Trustees for the Connecticut River Museum. Hayden enjoys fishing and hunting in his spare time and is joined at work daily with his golden retriever, Storm.

Vice President: Tom Reynolds
Tom Reynolds, part of the sixth generation of Reynolds, is an avid bass fisherman and part of the reason Reynolds currently sells and services Skeeter bass boats. Tom earned a degree in Business Administration from Babson College and decided to work elsewhere for a few years before returning to the family business. For years Tom managed the Subaru Service Department, until his passion for bass fishing helped him convince his father that bass boats would sell in New England. Now Tom oversees Subaru Service and the Marina Service and assists in Marina Sales. He also helps rig new boats, especially in the busy spring. Tom is a past President of the CT Bass Federation and serves on the local inlands and wetlands board. Tom is married to Shaleigh with three children, Kaleigh, Julia and Izzadora .

Vice President/Comptroller : Kathryn Reynolds Wayland
Kathryn is a graduate of Cornell University with a major in landscape horticulture. She was employed by the Madison Flower Shop and Garden Center in Madison CT from 1995-1998. In 1998 she made a decision to join the growing family business in the Subaru Service Department. Her brother Tom moved from Subaru Service to Marine Sales and Kathryn became a Service Writer for the next two years. In 2000 the position of comptroller became available and Kathryn again switched gears. Kathryn has been comptroller since. She is also very active in the community, a member of The Hadlyme Hall Garden Club and The Lyme School PTO and a chair of Flowers at the local Hamburg Fair. She resides locally with her husband Mark and two children, Laura Lee and Teddy and can often be found on the Connecticut River in their boat with their dog Chestnut.

Business Manager: Brian Hagan
Brian brings over 25 years of experience in the automobile industry to Reynolds. In his free time, Brian, his wife Jean and two children, Brian and Colin, enjoy boating on Bantam Lake. Working together they restored a 1967 Plymouth GTX, years agao, which they frequently take to shows all over New England. The car has won first place and received two Celebrity picks at the All Chrysler Car Show in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. |
Marina Manager: Chris Evans
Chris joined Reynolds' team in 1997 in Marine Sales. A few years ago, after Reynolds' Garage and Marine Inc. renovated the marina, Chris became the marina manager. Chris is the contact for dockage, storage, service etc. In fact, Tom Reynolds and Chris both attended Lyme Old Lyme High School together, see it really is a small world. Chris is an avid fisherman and can frequently be found on the water in his Skeeter. |

Marine Service and Parts Manager: Darryl Mosher
Having been raised on the Connecticut River, Darryl took an early liking to boating. He and his brothers often fished together and Darryl received his first boat at age 12. Working in the marine industry since 1979, Darryl has done it all from boat repair, refitting, sales and racing. He has heard a lot of wonderful fishing stories over the years! Darryl resides locally with his wife and two children, ( two adult stepchildren live elsewhere) who can be found canoeing or fishing often!

Subaru Parts Manager: Marty Radomski
Marty is the backbone of the Subaru Service Department. Somehow he knows just about everyone who walks through the door, and knows their driving habits, mileage and other miscellaneous information. Marty is extremely honest and responsible. He and his wife Molly have two children, Joe and Kevin. He eagerly awaits your phone call - who knows, he might know you too! |

Subaru Service Manager: Keith Sikora
Keith brings four years of service experience to our Subaru Service Team. He is completely committed to keeping our Customer Satisfaction Rating at 100%. He is always smiling, happy to see you and happy to serve you. His honesty, reliability and integrity completely encompass the Reynolds philosophy. In his free time, Keith and his son Ryan can be found spending time fishing and playing sports.

Service Advisor: Dean Lajoie
After a decade selling automobiles Dean is switching gears and joining our growing service department. With a concrete knowledge of Subarus from the sales side, Dean is an asset to our existing service team. Dean resides locally in Higganum with his family, two dogs and three cats. During his free time, he enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, woodworking and baseball. |

Subaru Sales: Joseph Barlow
After a very long career with Donnelly and Sons, Joe joined our Sales Team in 2003. Joe resides in Old Saybrook with his wife and son. Best said by Joe himself, when asked why he enjoys working at Reynolds, "Selling Subarus for Reynolds' Garage and Marine has allowed me the opportunity to meet a variety of new and interesting people in a rural and very scenic atmosphere that makes doing business with our customers a distinct pleasure". Marine Sales: Albert Capachietti
Most people in the marine industry know him as "Al Cappy", a member of the Reynolds' Skeeter Pro Staff since 1999. Al has qualified for two federation divisional teams, fished the Bass Master Northern Opens for three years and is quite obviously an avid bass fisherman! Al is extremely knowledgeable and will assist you to purchase the right boat for your needs. In his free time he will build custom rods, just like his father has done for the last 22 years. Occasionally he can be seen on the water fishing with his daughter too! |

Subaru Sales: Elaine Hayes
Switching careers, Elaine joined the Subaru Sales Team in 2006 upon hearing about our excellent customer retention and employee benefits. Elaine enjoys cooking, volleyball, softball, and any other outdoor activity. Also a nurturer of animals, Elaine has adopted Jack Russell Terriers to play with in her free time and will help any stray animal that crosses her path.

After fifteen years in a dental career, Sandy felt compelled to switch gears. With her infectious smile and love of people she decided to try her hand at auto sales. In a short time she was the top salesperson. Growing up in Clinton and currently residing in Deep River Sandy knows many of our customers already and is looking forward to meeting many more. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, exercising, sports, the beach and just being with family and friends.

Having enjoyed the attention to detail as a customer, John joined the marine service team in 2007 bringing with him over five years of experience in the marine trades. He enjoys rigging and working with electronics and enjoys the variety of opportunities that arise working at Reynolds. John, like many of our staff, enjoys boating and fishing with his wife, when they get the chance. |
Auto Detailer: David Dickinson
David is the one responsible for making sure your new or used car is perfect for delivery. He is very meticulous and enjoys the job as the end result is a nice clean car. His own truck is impeccable. David has a passion for Ford trucks and drives one himself. |

Auto Technician: Gerry Hill
A Subaru Master Technician and an ASE certified technician with over 20 years of experience on Subarus, Gerry is extremely qualified and capable of repairing any Subaru with any problem! Gerry loves the challenges he faces from time to time in service especially with electrical problems or intermittent problems. Gerry joined the Reynolds team for our commitment to our employees and for our state of the art facility. |
Auto Technician: Edward Orris
Ed joined the Subaru service team in 2009 bringing with him over 40 years of experience in the automotive industry. Previously serving in the U.S. Air Force, Ed is now an ASE Master Certified Technician, working toward his Subaru certification too. A graduate of Stamford High School, Ed enjoys playing the drums and is a huge NASCAR race fan. Ed and his wife of twenty-two years have three children together and six grandchildren. |

Yamaha/Marine Technician: John King
John is Reynolds senior master head technician. He is an ASE master certified technician L1 special diagnostics and has been for over 25 years. He is also a Master Yamaha certified technician (one of only about 70 in the country!), a Peugeot Master Certified Technician, and a CT licensed emissions repairer. With over 25 years of experience, he is capable of repairing any car, truck, boat or engine that comes our way. John and his wife Lori, reside in Lyme with their two children Michelle and Matt. John and his family enjoy boating and fishing in their free time on their boat. |
Auto Technician: Scott Smith
Scott is a family man who cherishes weekends with family. Scott and his wife Janet have three children who all enjoy fishing, car/truck restoration and landscaping. Scott is working towards his ASE certification and Subaru certification, bringing with him over ten years of experience in the auto industry. Scott enjoys the family atmosphere at a family dealership and the dedication to customer service. |

Auto Technician: Adam Watkins
Adam attended the New England Institute of Technology and received an Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology. Adam worked for Reynolds during his high school years, part time, and after graduating in 2000, he joined our team full time. Adam is a Master certified ASE technician, Subaru Master certified technician and CT emissions licensed repairer. Adam is also an avid motorcross rider, participating in both the NESC and the NEMX.

Marine Detailer: Bryan Wright-Osment
Joining the marine service team in 2009, Bryan is responsible for detailing all the new and used boats for delivery and assisting our staff during the busy spring season. On weekends, Bryan is all about family. Cherishing time with family and friends, Bryan is a welcome addition to the Reynolds staff. When he does get some time for himself, which is not very often, Bryan enjoys writing. |
