President:Gary Reynolds
Gary has been a part of Reynolds' since he was a young boy, helping his father, Leland. Gary is the fifth generation of Reynolds to own and operate the business, established in 1859. Gary attended Peddie School and graduated Babson College with a business degree. After graduating he worked for the Ford |
Motor Company in Michigan for a few years, before coming back to the family business. He is an ASE certified master technician, and worked in the service department for years. As the business grew, he also sold cars and anything else that needed to be done. His involvement in the community is endless, Chairman Board of Finance for Lyme, Past Fire Chief for the Lyme Volunteer Fire Company, Director for Essex Savings Bank, Director for NADA, Member of the Connecticut Auto Retailers Association, and very
active in the Lyme and Old Lyme Community. Gary is married to Marilynn Reynolds
and has three children Tom, Hayden and Kathryn (all of whom are involved in the
family business.)

Sales Manager: G. Hayden Reynolds
Hayden Reynolds, a graduate of the University of
Connecticut business school, is the sales manager for new
and used automobiles and marine sales. Also part of the sixth generation of Reynolds, he came to work at Reynolds fresh
out of college and started in sales and is now manager of the
sales department.
His philosophy in sales is to treat you like he would want to
be treated. His honest, fair approach has kept a large following of repeat buyers coming to Reynolds, word of mouth is truly
our best advertising. Hayden enjoys fishing, and hunting in
his spare time, and comes to work with his dog, Storm, a
golden retriever.

Fixed Operations Manager: Tom Reynolds
Tom Reynolds, part of the sixth generation of Reynolds, is an avid bass fisherman and part of the reason Reynolds currently sells and services Skeeter bass boats. Tom graduated from Babson College and decided to work elsewhere for a few years before returning to the family business. For years Tom managed |
the Subaru Service Department, until his passion for bass fishing helped him convince his father that bass boats would sell in New England. Now Tom oversees Subaru Service and the Marina Service and assists in Marina Sales. He also helps rig new boats, especially in the busy spring. Tom is currently President for the CT Bass Federation and serves on the local inlands and wetlands board. Tom is married to Shaleigh with three children, Kaleigh, Julia
and Izzadora

Office Manager: Kathryn Reynolds Wayland
Kathryn, a graduate of Cornell University in Landscape Horticulture joined the family business in 1998. Her passion is for flowers and horticulture but she also takes great pride in the family business and decided to work in the Subaru Service Department in 1998, so Tom could do more with the boats. |
After the birth of her first child, Laura Lee in 1999, Kathryn decided to work in the
office department for more flexibility with her family and the ability to do some work
from home. Kathryn lives in Lyme with her husband Mark and two children Laura Lee and Teddy.

After a very long career with Donnelly and Sons, Joe joined our Sales Team in 2003. Joe resides in Old Saybrook with his wife and son. Marty is the backbone to the Subaru Service Department. Somehow he knows just about everyone who walks through the door, and knows their driving habits, mileage and other miscellaneous information. Marty is extremely honest, |
responsible and keeps a very clean inventory. He is married to his wife Molly and has two children Joe and Kevin. He eagerly awaits your phone call, who knows he might know you too!

Subaru Service Technician: Adam Watkins
Adam attended the New England Institute of Technology and received an Associate's Degree in Automotive Technology. Adam worked for Reynolds during his high school years, part time, and after graduating in 2000, he joined our team full time. Adam is a certified ASE technician, Subaru Master certified technician and |
CT emissions licensed repairer. Adam is also an avid motorcross rider, participating in both the NESC and the NEMX. Adam and his wife Michelle, who also works at Reynolds, live in Lyme.

Ibrahim is our very reliable and extremely thorough lubrication service technician. He joined our team with minimal experience, but a great attitude and willingness to learn. With each day, Ibrahim is learning more to better service our customers. Ibrahim resides in Branford with his wife and two children.

repairing any car, truck, boat or engine that comes our way. John and his wife Lori, reside in Lyme with their two children Michelle and Matt. John and his family enjoy boating and fishing in their free time on their boat.

Marina Manager: Chris Evans
Chris joined Reynolds' team in 1997 in Marine Sales.
A few years ago, after Reynolds' Garage and Marine Inc. renovated the marina, Chris became the marina manager. Chris is the contact for dockage, storage, service etc. In fact, Tom Reynolds and Chris both attended Lyme Old Lyme High School together, see it |
really is a small world. Chris is an avid fisherman and can frequently be found on the water in his Skeeter with his wife Laura. They have two dogs both rescued from poor situations and thriving under their care.

Marina Detailer/Assistant: Kevin Waltke
Kevin is our meticulous boat detailer who ends up doing many different tasks, without ever a complaint. Kevin assists in transporting boats for shows, assists Chris in the marina and handles all of our recycling.

Michelle graduated from New England Institute of Technology with an Associates Degree in Interior Design. After graduation, she worked for a short time at a local retail store before joining the Reynolds' Team. Michelle is responsible for many office duties, including accounts payable and warranty administration.

David is the one responsible for making sure your new or
